When conducting underwater repairs, if we discover items that fall below acceptable safety standards at the time, we can address the issue immediately, for a fee. However, if the repair requires significant work, we will need to return at a later date to complete it. Underwater repairs use rubbing stones to fix sharp, broken tiles. Both repairs and estimates can be done underwater. This process saves downtime and money, avoiding the draining of the pool chemicals, etc. With providing underwater estimates, we are able to provide a more accurate estimate to customer. 

We have had good luck replacing expansion joint under gutter around pool with water still in it. Sometimes the expansion joint will not dry out. This will save you lots of downtime and money.
